How soon will I receive my jewelry piece?
The AHZIN team fulfills orders once they are placed, however, each piece of jewelry is handmade, which takes more time to fulfill. All orders are fulfilled and shipped within two weeks from the date on which the order was placed.

Where are your pieces made?
As a brand, we believe in creating and designing our exclusive pieces, and as Miamians, we believe in investing in our local economy. We are proud to say that all of our pieces are designed and made in Miami, Florida.

Can I buy from you in person?
We currently do not have a store, but you can come and see us at a local jewelry and gemstone show. Check our events calendar to stay up to date on our whereabouts.

Do all purchases come with an AHZIN box?
No, only solid gold orders come with an AHZIN box. Gold-plated silver jewelry does not include an AHZIN box.

What is the difference between 18 karat gold and 14 karat gold?
Gold in its purest form is 24 karats, but because it can be too soft at 24 karats, it is usually mixed with other, more durable metals. As the karat decreases, so does the purity of the gold. 18 karat gold means that the purity is 75%, but 14 karat gold is 58% pure gold.

Do you ship outside of the United States?
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii.

Is there any warranty on AHZIN items?
Every AHZIN item has a unique code. As long as the customer retains this code, they are provided with complimentary repairs. The exception to repairs is that we do not replace missing pieces and stones. The customer is responsible for shipping the item to AHZIN.

Lifetime Repairs
Though all of our pieces are made with care and precision, wear and tear sometimes happens. We value our clients, and since we seek to establish lifelong relations with you, we provide lifetime repairs at no extra cost. You pay for the shipping, and we will take care of your piece.

Can I return my item?
Although we strive to accommodate all of your concerns, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. To ensue a swift and full refund, we ask that you please email us to initiate your return. All returns must be shipped back to AHZIN within three days of receiving the product. The buyer is responsible for the return shipment.
