How long does it take to receive my item once I place my order?

All of our pieces are made to order. Therefore we ask that you give us two weeks to fulfill your order, assemble your package, and ship it to your doorstep.

Do all purchases come with a Khatam box?

All orders come in a Khatam box, with the exception of the exception of the beaded gemstone bracelets.

Where are your pieces made?

We are proud to say that all of our pieces are designed and made in Miami, Florida.

Do you have any gold plated pieces?

No, we encourage our clients to invest in high quality gold that lasts more than a lifetime. Gold plated jewelry is low cost and low quality. We invest 18 karats of gold into each piece to ensure our work will last you and your children a lifetime.

Why don’t you use 10kt or 14kt gold?

We seek to provide you with high quality gold. 10kt and 14kt gold do not meet our standards for good quality gold.

Returns

Return Cost

The purchaser is responsible for the return shipping costs. We do recommend that you ensure and track your package.

7 Days to Return

Though we hope that all of our clients are happy with their gifts, we understand that sometimes, this is not the case. If you would like to return your item, please ship it back to us within 7 days, so we can swiftly conduct the return process. Our goal is to reimburse you as soon as possible.

Repairs

Though all of our pieces are made with care and precision, wear and tear sometimes happens. We value our clients, and since we seek to establish lifelong relations with you, we provide lifetime repairs at no extra cost. You pay for the shipping, and we will take care of your piece.
